The didab-team at Werkstaetten:Tag 2022 -first big event after the covid-pandemic

Finally, the ‘Werkstätten:Tag 2022 could take place again in presence in Saarbruecken!
The didab team gives insights into the new learning platform at the didab-booth in the public exhibition “Digital Change in Workshops”.

The visitors are enthusiastic, not only about the numerous innovative projects and best practice examples for the use of digital technologies in workshops for disabled people, but also especially about the new inclusive educational offer didab.

Parallel to the public exhibition “Digital Transformation in Workshops”, Doerte Engelkes and Bastian Thiedau speak in their ninety-minute lecture at the Werkstaetten:Tag 2022 about:
“Digital education in work & everyday life: empowerment and autonomy through digitalization using the practical example of didab”.

For people with impairments, autonomous access to internet offerings is an important aspect of social participation and promotes digital communication and education. The learning world didab is used as an example to show how multimedia and interactive educational modules can convey everyday and professional topics.
